Chakras are the energy centers in our bodies. There are seven main chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Each chakra is associated with a different color, element, and emotion.

Worry stones are smooth, polished crystals that are used to relieve anxiety. They are typically small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. To use a worry stone, hold it in your hand and rub your thumb back and forth across the stone.

The Root Chakra

The root chakra is located at the base of the spine. It is associated with the color red and the element of earth. The root chakra is responsible for our sense of safety and security. It is linked to our survival instincts and is the foundation of our physical and spiritual energy. If the root chakra is out of balance, we may feel anxious or fearful. We may also experience physical symptoms such as fatigue or problems with our digestion.

The Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra is located below the navel. It is associated with the color orange and the element of water. The sacral chakra is responsible for our creativity, sexual energy, and emotions. If the sacral chakra is out of balance, we may feel emotionally frustrated or blocked creatively. We may also experience physical symptoms such as lower back pain or bladder problems.
